🎯 The Role: Spearhead Our German Market Re-launch

INTERX is seeking an entrepreneurial and highly-driven Country Manager to spearhead the re-launch and strategic growth of our German subsidiary.

This is NOT a just advisor or pure management role. You will be the architect and the frontline executioner of our business. You must be comfortable knocking on the doors of German manufacturing plants, and actively driving zero-to-one enterprise sales of our cutting-edge AI solutions.

✨ Your Responsibilities: What You'll Do

Drive the Frontline Sales Engine: Formulate and execute high-impact GTM strategies to penetrate the manufacturing sector, directly engaging and closing C-level executives through hands-on leadership.
Drive DACH Market Expansion & Build Partnerships: Architect and execute a ruthless go-to-market strategy to establish a robust partner network (SIs, OT resellers) from the ground up in the DACH region.
AI-Driven Operations: Leverage AI tools, LLMs, and automation workflows to build zero-touch outbound pipelines and optimize your subsidiary’s operational efficiency.
Team Building & Grit Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing local team. Cultivate a culture of high resilience, urgency, and extreme ownership.
P&L & HQ Alignment: Take full accountability for the P&L. Serve as a transparent, agile bridge to HQ in Korea, fully capable of executing strong top-down strategic initiatives with zero ego.

🎓 Who You Are: Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a leader with the following qualifications:

[Required Qualifications]

Domain Expertise (OT & SaaS): Extensive, proven senior-level track record in B2B enterprise sales explicitly within the Manufacturing sector (OT, factory automation, production lines) combined with IT/AI/SaaS.
Language:
German: Native-level proficiency (C2 or equivalent). This is non-negotiable.
English: Full professional fluency (C1 or equivalent) for seamless communication with HQ and global teams.
The 'Zero to One' Builder: Proven experience in launching, scaling, or rescuing a business unit or region from scratch. While managing large-scale pipelines is important, what will truly set you apart is a proven track record of driving 'market-first' or disruptive initiatives.
AI-Native Mindset: You practice what you preach. Demonstrable ability to utilize modern AI tools, prompt engineering, or no-code automation (e.g., n8n, Make) to enhance your own productivity and sales processes.

[Preferred Qualifications]

An established and trusted C-level network within the German manufacturing and OT sectors.
Prior experience acting as a Country Manager or Head of Sales bridging a fast-growing Asian tech company with the European market.
