RLWRLD is building RLDX-1, a Physical AI foundation model for industrial dexterity, backed by leading global investors including SK Telecom, LG Electronics, CJ, Lotte, KDDI, ANA, and Mirae Asset.
As we scale globally and expand into new markets, we're looking for someone to join our Strategy team and work on the investor-facing and strategic initiatives that will shape RLWRLD's next stage of growth.
Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of fundraising, investor relations, and corporate development. You will join the CSO organization and work closely with the C-suites, and functional leaders across the company.
You will play a key role in financing and investor relations — managing investor pipelines, coordinating diligence, developing investor materials and financial analysis, and helping translate our technology, product, and commercial progress into a compelling equity story.
Beyond fundraising, you will help build RLWRLD's investor relations function and evaluate strategic opportunities that can accelerate our growth, particularly with corporate and strategic investors.
Many of our investors are large corporations and strategic partners across Korea, Japan, and global markets. These relationships often extend beyond investment into commercial and strategic collaboration. A meaningful part of this role is understanding these dynamics and helping turn investor relationships into long-term strategic value for RLWRLD.

- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Finance, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Business throughout financing and diligence processes
Corporate Development & Strategy
- Build and deepen relationships with strategic and corporate investors, where investment and commercial collaboration may overlap
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic and corporate investors aligned with RLWRLD's long-term growth and global expansion
- Identify and evaluate strategic opportunities across partnerships, new markets, investments, and other corporate development initiatives
- Conduct market, competitive, financial, and strategic analysis to support key business decisions

- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of cap tables, equity financing structures, and key investment terms
- Ability to quickly understand complex technologies and business models and translate them into clear, credible narratives for sophisticated investors
- Ability to evaluate companies and opportunities where value is driven by technology, market position, and long-term potential rather than mature financial metrics alone
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience working with senior leadership, investors, or Boards
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to independently drive complex, cross-functional work
- Professional fluency in Korean and business-level English
- Highly self-directed and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with a high degree of ownership
