About RLWRLD
RLWRLD is a Physical AI company building a dexterity-first robotics foundation model to solve the fine manipulation problems that hold back industrial automation.
We are building RLDX, a robotics foundation model that allows robots to perceive, reason about, and precisely execute complex tasks in the real world. We design and benchmark our models against the global state of the art, and we target the high-difficulty tasks that have resisted automation across manufacturing, logistics, service, and retail.
Our core advantage is a closed loop between data, models, and deployment. Our own 4D+ motion capture and synthetic data pipeline gives us high-quality industrial data, and feedback from live deployments flows back into model improvement. We call this the Deployment-Driven Data Flywheel.
On the business side, more than 200 enterprise conversations have shown us where the real automation bottlenecks are, and we build technology and business models that can be validated in actual customer environments. Our staged model runs from RX Blueprinting to Data Partnership to Labor as a Service: we diagnose a customer's automation challenge, develop industry fine-tuned models through PoCs and data collection, and scale toward large-scale robot deployment and commercialization.
We are also building a global partner ecosystem across the full value chain, from AI infrastructure, data, and hardware to deployment and joint go-to-market, with NVIDIA, AWS, and other global technology leaders. Together we are opening a market where Physical AI creates real value on the factory floor.
About the Role
Global Strategic Initiatives advances RLWRLD’s major global partnerships (e.g., NVIDIA, AWS) and company-wide strategic priorities. We work with global technology leaders and internal teams across research, engineering, product, deployment, and go-to-market to turn complex opportunities into joint solutions, new business, and measurable results.
You will work closely with partner leadership and internal teams to define what RLWRLD and its partners should build together and why it matters. You will assess how our products and capabilities fit with partner platforms, shape joint research and product initiatives, and help develop commercial and go-to-market approaches. You will own defined workstreams that turn these opportunities into concrete collaborations, joint launches, and customer engagements.
You will also closely work with c-levels on critical company-wide initiatives, such as defining the deployment roadmap, shaping product priorities, and developing investment narratives. You will bring together technical perspectives, customer insights, and business priorities to frame key decisions, make tradeoffs explicit, and align teams on a shared direction and their respective responsibilities.
You combine sharp analytical thinking with the resourcefulness and persistence to get things done. You bring structure to open-ended questions, identify what needs to happen next, and take initiative without waiting for detailed direction. You know when deeper analysis is needed and when there is enough clarity to act, and you follow through on commitments.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to own outcomes and build something, not just coordinate work. You will build trusted relationships, work across research, product, engineering, deployment, and go-to-market teams, and remove blockers to move your workstreams forward. Your work will help shape how frontier robotics technology becomes real-world products and businesses.
What you’ll do
- Develop global strategic partnerships. Work with global technology leaders such as NVIDIA and AWS to identify collaboration opportunities, define shared priorities, and advance joint product, technical, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Translate technology into joint solutions. Work with research, product, and engineering teams to translate customer needs and technical capabilities into product priorities, collaboration scopes, and roadmaps. Assess where partner platforms can strengthen RLWRLD’s offerings and define what to build together.
- Advance critical company-wide initiatives. Work with executive leadership on priorities such as defining the company-wide deployment roadmap and shaping investment narratives, connecting technical capabilities, customer opportunities, and business goals into clear recommendations and plans.
- Structure ambiguous business problems. Break down open-ended business questions into clear issues and testable hypotheses, use data and stakeholder input to evaluate options, and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
- Evaluate business and customer opportunities. Use market research, customer insights, and quantitative analysis to assess opportunities, build business cases, and recommend which use cases and customer segments to prioritize.
- Turn emerging ideas into new ventures and offerings. Explore new ways to put RLWRLD’s technology to work - from industry benchmarks to robotics data platforms - and shape the concept, business model, and first steps needed to test them with customers and partners.
- Help bring joint offerings to customers. Develop target-customer hypotheses and value propositions, support joint go-to-market launches, and own assigned workstreams as initial opportunities progress toward pilots and deployment.
- Own execution across teams and partners. Translate decisions into milestones, owners, and success measures; build trusted working relationships; and resolve blockers. Identify resource and priority tradeoffs and bring clear options to leadership when decisions are needed.
- Prepare materials that support decisions. Develop concise executive and partner-facing analyses, proposals, and presentations that make the opportunity, tradeoffs, and recommended next steps clear.
Who you are
- Have 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or a similarly analytical role. Formal business development or partnerships experience is not required.
- Bring structure to ambiguous problems, identify what matters most, and turn analysis into clear recommendations and practical next steps.
- Take ownership and follow through, moving work forward independently while knowing when to seek input or escalate issues.
- Have a foundational understanding of AI concepts and a strong interest in robotics. Learn unfamiliar technical concepts quickly and proactively deepen your understanding to work effectively with research and engineering teams.
- Communicate clearly across business and technical audiences, translating customer needs into actionable requirements and explaining technical capabilities in terms of customer value.
- Build trust across teams and organizations and work effectively with people from different technical and business backgrounds.
- Are comfortable with quantitative analysis, including market sizing, business cases, and evaluating customer value.
- Are fluent in Korean and English and comfortable working with global stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with technology clients or projects involving AI, enterprise software, infrastructure, robotics, or industrial sectors.
- Exposure to strategic partnerships, go-to-market planning, or cross-functional implementation.
- Experience working directly with product or engineering teams.
- Familiarity with AI model architectures and training methodologies.
