Job Summary
[Responsibilities]
· Provide practical legal advice and support on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters, including investments, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance
· Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents in Korean and English
· Manage litigation and arbitration matters in Korea and abroad, independently or as part of a team, including instructing and coordinating outside counsel on strategy and execution
· Coordinate with colleagues in Korea and abroad to address legal issues across multiple jurisdictions, with a particular focus on Korea, Europe, and the United States

Qualifications
[Requirements]
· Admission to practice law in Korea, a U.S. state, England and Wales, or Australia, and current good standing in the relevant jurisdiction
· At least 3 years of relevant PQE in one or more of compliance, commercial transactions, corporate law, and dispute resolution
· Professional proficiency in both Korean and English, written and spoken, including the ability to draft and negotiate legal documents in both languages
· Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills
· Sound judgment, excellent work ethic, and professional integrity
· Ability to manage matters independently and collaborate effectively with colleagues
· Attention to detail and accuracy, even under pressure
· Flexibility to coordinate with colleagues across multiple time zones
· Willingness to travel occasionally, including internationally

[Preferred]
· Law firm experience working on cross-border transactions or disputes, or in-house legal experience at investment firm, financial institution, or multinational company
· Experience with fund investments (including limited partner investments), private equity or venture capital transactions, or cross-border M&A
· Experience with international arbitration or cross-border litigation
· Dual qualification in Korea and a common law jurisdiction
