주요 업무

• Providing applications support (owning projects, tool recipe setups, recipe optimization, customer training, issue troubleshooting, BKM setups, presentations) mostly for advanced packaging customers in clean room environment
• Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors
• Frequent communication with services, engineering, product manager, sales, field teams, management and customers for projects and activities
• Assists sales and marketing staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs
• Communicate to customers to understand application requirements for current apps work and future tool/feature developments

자격 요건

• Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably with hands-on experience in process integration, yield engineering, or defect inspection/metrology
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a high-pressure environment
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Fluency in English is required
