주요 업무
- Evaluates, analyzes, diagnoses and troubleshoots technical equipment problems via telephone or at customer sites
- Ensures equipment enhances customer production
- Repairs and updates equipment at customer facility
- Repairs of system level problems based on engineer's technical knowledge, education, training and certification
자격 요건
- Bachelor's Degree with 0~4 years of semiconductor equipment service experience
- Experience with Ellipsometry, Film Thickness, OCD, metrology, x-ray(E-beam) tools preferred
- Good communication skills in English
- Self-motivated and can work independently
우대 사항
- Basic knowledge of ellipsometry
- Experience with X-ray and vacuum systems
- Strong knowledge or experience in industrial electrical systems
- Strong knowledge and experience with Thickness and OCD processes and equipment
