The person hired for the position of Senior data engineer, Corporate Research Laboratory Asia will support the application of Corporate Research Laboratory informatics across Asia R&D, with emphasis on data architecture, data integration, data governance practices, and development of localized digital applications that enable scientific, technical, and operational insights.

Primary Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:

Design and implement scalable data architectures to support Asia lab. informatics needs.
Lead data integration efforts across laboratory systems, research platforms, and regional data sources.
Establish and maintain data governance standards aligned with global practices, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance with internal requirements.
Develop, tailor, and maintain local digital applications and analytical tools that support Asia R&D workflows.
Build and manage data pipelines, models, and dashboards to support research, experimentation, and decision-making.
